Numbers 28:19-21

¹⁹ And ye shall offer a sacrifice on fire for a burnt offering unto the LORD: two young bullocks and one ram and seven lambs of the first year; they shall be unto you without blemish;

²⁰ and their present shall be of flour mingled with oil; three tenth deals shall ye offer with each bullock and two tenth deals with each ram;

²¹ a tenth deal shalt thou offer with each of the seven lambs;
